See What Others Are Saying
“Our family was able to work with Lisa after the birth of our first child and to say that we were lucky was an understatement. More like blessed! When you are newly postpartum, you don’t always realize what you don’t know you don’t know. Lisa was a voice of wisdom and experience, and had so many helpful tips that I never would have thought of or had the time to research myself. Lisa is a natural caregiver and it radiates from her. She held my daughter for me while I showered for the first time in days, made me tea while I nursed, listened to all my husband and my stories, shared her own, and we laughed so much throughout our time together. Lisa made us all feel so understood and empowered, and that alone, is priceless. She made scheduling with her so easy. She came into our home and immediately filled it with warmth. Now that I’ve experienced what life is like directly after giving birth, the need for a doula is so vital; I can’t recommend it enough. Lisa is the postpartum doula that everyone needs!”

Our experience with Lisa as our post-partum doula was completely supportive. I've heard that doulas are like "your mom without baggage," and that was true for us! That kind of non-judgement help and positivity is priceless in the vulnerable post-partum period.
From her visit with (vegetarian, just for me) matzoh ball soup, to her careful listening, to jumping in wherever she could to help so lovingly, her visits were bright spots for our family.

Lisa has a true gift with babies and she just "gets it" about motherhood. She is so kind, funny, and we still think about her delicious meals! I Wholeheartedly recommend working with her.

Joining Lisa’s baby sign language classes was the best decision we made for our son's early communication skills. The instructor's warm and nurturing approach created a safe and fun environment for the little ones to explore signing. It was incredible to see our then 1 year old confidently using signs to convey his needs. We used the skills we learned with 3 more kids and we are confident it helped decrease feelings of frustration and increase communication. We are grateful for Lisa's guidance and highly recommend her classes to all parents!
